Auckland 15th July 2021 - Cerulean Labs is proud to announce that Icehouse Ventures has joined the recent internal fundraising to help Cerulean Labs as they prepare for the commercial release of Spaces - Cerulean Labs sketch-based conceptual design tool for architects.
Following the traditional "friends and family" equity raise undertaken in late 2020, Cerulean Labs recently concluded a further raise with existing shareholders to fuel up the engine as they prepare to launch their flagship product, Spaces.
As part of this internal raise, Cerulean invited a handful of new investors to participate and are pleased to announce that the Icehouse Ventures IV100 Fund has made an initial investment in the business.
"It's great to have a well-recognised investment business take a stake in Cerulean," says Campbell Yule, Founder of Cerulean Labs and Spaces. "I have followed the development of the Icehouse over the last 20years, and it's great to have this external validation through their investment", concludes Campbell.
